What AgroBridge is
AgroBridge is a Mexican platform where a farmer registers harvest lots — what was cut, when, from which orchard — and then records what happens to each lot until it leaves the country.
Every lot carries a QR code. Whoever scans it opens a public page and sees the history the farmer recorded, with no account needed.

It is our only support channel. We have no support phone line, no chat and no ticket system: we would rather say so than leave you waiting on a line that does not exist.

Frequently asked questions
How do I register a lot?
In the app, open Lotes and tap the button to create a new one. It asks for the product, the variety, the weight, the harvest date and where it came from. You can attach photos. On the website it is the same path: Dashboard → Lotes → New lot.
How do I share a lot's QR code?
Open the lot and use the share button, or the QR icon to show it on screen and photograph or print it. Both lead to the same public address, agrobridge.io/verify/ followed by the lot's identifier. Anyone can open it without signing in.
How do I delete my account?
It depends where you are:
- iPhone: Profile → Settings → "Delete my account". Confirm with your password.
- Android: Profile → Delete account. Confirm with your password and by typing the word ELIMINAR — it is in Spanish on every device.
- Website: Settings → Delete account opens an email addressed to us. A person processes the request; nothing is deleted at that moment.
